After a year of hiatus, Monolog is back with a tighter sound with the addition of Doy Buenaventura on lead guitars (also from Markus Highway) and Eugene Belbis reprising his role as bassist. Lemon Dasalla takes on the drums, as Aidon Panlaqui remains to be the band's chief songwriter keeping his rhythm guitars and vocal duties.

 

Armed with a more mature sound, Monolog goes back to basics with a 4-piece rock band setup, churning out insightful songs with LSS-worthy melodies from their 3 full length, independently-released albums. Their songs "Traffic", "Dancing Like Were Twentysomething", and "Anniversawi" are constant faves from their followers.

In 2022, Their song "Traffic" became part of a Vinyl collectible from Locked Down Entertainment.

They have also released their choice cuts cassette tape entitled "The Bets of Monolog" under Backspacer Records last 2023.
